"We'll Take A Cup of Kindness Yet..."

Last NYE that phrase kept rattling around in my head and it stayed with me all the way through 2020; that famed year where so much happened in our world, in our nation, in our communities, in our homes.

So often this year as I observed events small and large covered by journalists and documented on social media those words came back to mind. I kept thinking that so often, a cup of kindness offered would have been everything, and loving all the moments where kindness was offered and it was everything.

Throughout the year I wanted to hook those profound simple words in a rug. In the end, I sat on NYE and punched rather than hooked the words with a mug that reminds me of a cup of coffee from a diner. Well, I do love coffee and I love old diner cups so I guess it couldn't be avoided. Of course, it's a gray rainy day here in eastern PA so please excuse the poor photo quality.

If you'd like to use the pattern, please head to the "Free Patterns to Share" page on my blog and create away!

May you offer many cups of kindness in 2021.
